  • BetWithLuke operates under the regulatory controls stipulated by the following legislative instruments:
    -Racing Administration Act 1998 (NSW) including attachments and schedules, titled Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules Schedule of Sports Betting Events and Applicable Forms of Betting (including Glossary of Terms)
    -Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Commonwealth)
    -Unlawful Gambling Act 1998 (NSW)
    -AMLCTF Act 2006 (NSW)
  • BetWithLuke customers should be aware that, under Clause 1.2 of the Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules, customers are deemed to be acquainted with the Rules and bound by them once they have opened a betting account. Customers can familiarise themselves with the provisions of any or all of the relevant legislative instruments by clicking on the appropriate link.
  • Wagers will be settled on the result declared by the official controlling authority or committee of that sport.
  • Under the NSW Rules of Racing, BetWithLuke is obligated to bet to lose a minimum of $3,000 on metropolitan race meetings.
  • If any price offered on our website is clearly an operator error (eg. match posted with wrong favourite), we reserve the right to cancel bets placed at this price. Clients will be notified of such cancellation by email prior to the commencement of the event.
  • BetWithLuke accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from, or caused by our web-site, including any persons inability to access the site or any delays in transmission.
  • To protect the security of your account, BetWithLuke keeps a separate, offline record of all betting transactions. If there is ever any discrepancy between the two records, the offline records will prevail.
  • The Australian Federal Government requires that all new Clients must be identified. Under the terms of our New South Wales License, BetWithLuke must be reasonably satisfied that all account holders are over the age of 18. If a Client's identification is not received by BetWithLuke within ninety (90) days of the Client's first transaction then the Client Betting Account may be suspended until identification is received. All bets will stand unless BetWithLuke management declares otherwise.
  • Clients will be responsible for all wagers in which their user-name and security details are used for any activity on their Betting Account. Any bet made by telephone or via the Internet where the user name and security details have been used will be regarded by Bet With Luke as being valid and may not be changed, cancelled or modified unless so agreed by Bet With Luke management. The maximum amount that may be paid out on any wager win via the telephone or internet (both singles and multiples) is AUD$100,000.
  • Wagers will be accepted up to the advertised start time of the event or such earlier time as dictated by management specified on the website at the event page. If a wager is inadvertently accepted in respect of an event after it starts, at the discretion of management the wager may be deemed to have been made invalidly and will be refunded to the Client. If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between Bet With Luke and the Client, the matter shall be referred to a representative of the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing
  • We reserve the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager.
  • All transactions are in Australian Dollars. All dividends shown are for a $1 investment.
  • Clients cannot make withdrawals on their account until ID has been provided.
  • Dispute resolution If any dispute cannot be settled satisfactorily between betwithluke.com.au and the Client, Racing matters shall be referred to Racing NSW stewards, and for Sport to OLGR.
  • Bet With Luke reserves the right to close a Client's Client Betting Account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation.
  • It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they are up to date with the current Rules of betting.
  • Bet With Luke reserves the right to change these rules at their discretion.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in these Rules, if Bet With Luke publishes, posts or quotes any incorrect betting information for any sporting event, such as posting wrong dividends, then regardless of the cause or source of such error the following will apply. If the error is identified prior to the commencement of the event Bet With Luke will attempt to contact the client via the most recent telephone contact number or email address supplied by a Client, whose wager on that event has been accepted or confirmed by Bet With Luke, such wagers will be void.
